Now since it's a tribal thing and political, that means the folks running your government are divided and they are caught up in a web of unable to choose between serving the country(gov) or serving their tribes and their selfishness. They have created a messy.

But how did it reach this level? Its simply the lack of proper intelligence agency at the very beginning of the nation called kenya.The intelligence and the whole gov security clusters were not awake and able to execute their mandate efficiently. A weak gov will always produce a weak intelligence or the vice versal.

Since u have weak intelligence agency which were birthed by a weak gov decades ago,how will you claim your intelligence of today is very good while the people in gov who are running the agency are devided and are just trying to side with their tribal kinsmen instead of siding with their state?
