AE shows the total estimated time of delivery from the date it is shipped which is 60 days+ (by default). Under economy shipping, further tracking may not be available when an item gets to the destination country.

Use an app like Pkge.net (check PlayStore for it or Apple Store, not sure). Input the tracking ID and you'll see further updated information regarding your package (especially if the handling delivery service was Speedaf). The app is good for tracking and shows information clearly (even better than AE app. You'd see things like handler's name & phone number once scanned for delivery for example).

not really. The reason for the naira card is easy use, no needs ending naira, converting and all that crap. Also sure refunds guaranteed.
