Rmfac has been existence since 1989 and a part of their job is to review and allocate proper revenue for the political offices and it's holders.
But I guess you don't know this because obidients hardly know anything.

There are plenty agencies under government and they can propose anything at anytime, it's left for government to either approve or not.

Previous nnpc could wake up and propose that government should not allow the importation of petrol into the country. It is part of their job.
It is now left for government to accept, reject or suspend such proposal.


But then you people don't know how governance work. Just follow the herd like the rest of them.
