I don't think you can get such weapons as a civilian even in gun stores.
Grenade launchers to the best of my knowledge are only used by paramilitary or military organizations or PMCs.

For incendiary rounds or ammunition, its use are restricted and can't be used recklessly. So I hardly see anyone getting it legally as a private individual. Even illegally sef it's gonna be hard. That's how restrictive its use is.

I am currently watching Star Wars: The Force awakens. I am a great fan of star wars series. In fact, it is one of the greatest sci fi. series ever produced with great storyline and commendable cast. I recently bought a RGB lightsaber used by Darth Vader in this movie. I have collected many lightsabers of different characters. I would definitely recommend this movie to you all.
