Chief Awolowo could have died in the beloved Azukawere one Nijeriya but his love for Yorubaland home and abroad can never die, His ideology for the betterment of Yorubaland and every Yoruba person can never die. It lives forever on in the heart of O'dua group and DAWN Commission. Even though both are slow to respond to the betterment of the Yoruba lives and property (even though all thanks to those folks that made sure one nijeriya stand unless would amount to nothing as a people and if they do not seek the destruction of Yorubas day in day out would have never amount to anything) but then they are doing all that they can. May God help their leaders to do the right things only just as he put it in the heart of Chief Obafemi Jeremiah Awolowo. Amen.

I guess it was God who also out these in his heart.

Have you heard of Oluwa Glas before? That used to be the manufacturer of windscreen for automobile in Nigeria in the 70s and 80s. It was located in ondo state. No leader of nowadays can wear aeolowo's shoes. He did all these yet, no private jets, no helicopter was traced to him. He had no investments abroad, even though he could achieve all that with his influence and position. He was father of the masses. Apart form Odu'a investments, he brought into the countries several multinationals to boost our economy. Coca cola is virtually in every state of the nation today creating jobs. Odu'a also had a ceramic company, manufacturing food plates and tiles in those days. Those were the stuffs that made us giants of africa not the oil. We were importing so little and exporting so much. Our leaders, both past and present killed them all with their bad policies.

The military, majorly led by the north really did Nigeria shege. What the country is facing today is a consequence of bad rule in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000S, and the rage continues. That's why we are saying the likes of tinubu should vacate and allow those who don't belong to the the clique step in and people are citing tribalism, calling great thinkers all manner of names as if we all live in another countries apart from Nigeria. Before the election. I had said tinubu won't favour the masses with his policies and we're seeing it already. I hope those praising him, including yourself are enjoying already. There are more stringent policies to come. Governance is all about serving the masses, not making life difficult for them

who are the great thinkers of your imagination?

don't be deceived by president BAT mien and his true love for colours.he has been seeing through the multiple colours very well. confirm that with his picks of government officials that serve with him. he is very conscious of delivery of political goods and monitor other people from good distance.

Nigeria can not have it better as at today. PRESIDENT BAT has the mix to first continue the Nigerians love for shambolics and razzmatazz and at the same time emerge at the end with some good things to show . the Nigerian landscape and people are not a straight forward mathematical models.

a Nigerian government services delivery required a good mathematical models with varying constants for adjustments in a rolling computers solvers. for a start watch BAT attempting a solution. if you have the eyes, he is currently using more of the manual solvers and some computer trilogy. ko le ye wan.

your imaginary big brains are not with the right focus and experience to do match going forward.

I was expecting this. There are plethora of literatures, books both physical and online that pointed to the fact that Federal Government if like Awolowo made several offers to bring in Food via a mutually agreed channels into Biafra but were spurned by Dim Emeka Ojukwu.
The blockage was necessary to stop further weapon supply to Biafra and was not necessarily and importantly for starvation. What is normally done in most warfare is for both parties to workout a corridor through which only food items will be made available to civilians who are mostly bearing the consequences of a war. An example is the war in Ukraine, where the international community created a grain route out of Ukraine, this was agreed to by Russians.
In the case of Biafra, Ojukwu insisted that food into Biafra must come only at his terms and channels. Even when the situation became terrible, he never shifted his position allowing his people to die and gleefully showcasing these accross the world as propaganda instrument which was part of his weapon of the war.
As between Ojukwu who allowed his people to surfer and Awolowo who offered food, Igbos choose to celebrate Ojukwu and turn Awolowo to a hate object.
I will implore Igbos to read objectively the account of the Civil War (which is very unfortunate)

Then why the quote of ."...all is fair in war" by Awolowo?

You have not answered anything..as you try to cover it up...but thank God for the internet, as history has been removed from school, so people like you can only believe what you are told...

This was even supported by the head of Nigeria delegation dung the war...

“Starvation is a weapon of war, and we have every intention of using it against the rebels” (Mr. Alison Ayida, Head of Nigerian delegation, Niamey Peace talks, July 1968.)

Odu’a Group owns significant shareholding in some associate companies like Lafarge Plc, Wema Bank, SKG Pharma, Critall-Hope, Nigerite, Tower Aluminium, Ire Clay etc

Now is the best time to invest in Yorubaland!

They almost sold out all their shares in those companies you listed and the companies have downgraded the Yorubas there to mere workers after stripping them of most managerial positions. If you know you know. They only come and collect their own from MD

If you don't know history back up. In 1983 Buhari began a massive witch-hunting of all the governors of the SW then under the guise of corruption. Buhari and later on Babangida ensured that the governors removed their hands from the management of the companies under Odua group. They ordered a divestment of all states shareholding in those companies. As usual they wanted to break the back bone of the SW and the pace at which they were moving.

The SS and SE should not sit down idle, get busy seriously....the conservative north who loves to plunder other people's resources should also face reality and get busy on their region, the days of waiting to benefit from other regions resources are over...ride on,jiggaman

If your concern is about crude oil, there is crude oil in commercial quantity in Ondo ( part of ND, not South South), Lagos and Ogun States respectively. O'dua investments is for the betterment of the SW region. If not for those jealous cankerworms from the North that used " one Nijeriya" ( we will regress, retrogress or progress at same time) to halt our pace and those supremacy peddlers from the East, what we're saying now would have been different.

We know it's always you. The jealous supremacists from the East who can't imagine Yoruba moving ahead without them dominating. Keep your oil in the SE for your Biafra. Let SS also keep their oil for their own development. NDDC has been there for decades, yet it never translated to any development in your regions.
