Please is this DELL worth buying and better than HP

I am considering buying a laptop and I have been getting recommendation for HP Elitebook 830 840, 850 , 10th Gen.

But I got another person who recommend this DELL Inspiron 7373.

Please which brand and lappy would you recommend.
