Tinubu represented Lagos West in the short-lived 3rd republic Islie:The wife represented Lagos Central during her days in the NASS. My question is why didn't they maintain the same constituency? |
| Re: How N’assembly Alumni May Dominate Tinubu's Administration by WorldRichest: 4:17pm On Jul 02, 2023 |
The President, the VP, SGF, and the wife of the President are all Senators. That is besides the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary of the party. Not to mention the Chief of Staff and the deputy. What else? We are merging the NASS with the Executive. And the Judiciary is headed by one of Tinubu's old boys. This Emilokan Tinubu is truly the god of Politics. But this is not good for democrazy. |

Basic123:I think he wants Enemy-Enemy government like the relationship between Chuba Okadigbo led Senate and Olusegun Obasanjo led Executive. It was not beneficial to anyone. We all saw how it ended. |

Nwanna2588:The god of Politics can do anything. You cannot question the gods nah. Tokunbo Afikuyomi first represented Lagos Central at the Assembly, but the following election, the god of politics Emilokan Tinubu moved Tokuboh Afikuyomi to represent Lagos West, and he won again. That's POL 505: Politics Without Boundaries. |
