The reason why in America you can not be convicted for polygamy is because you are a Nigerian. But an American who marries 2 wives in nigeria or elsewhere will be guilty of polygamy even in the American embassy anywhere, not to talk of landing in America.

That is how The Law works whether you learn it or not.

You saw the word "living in America" and you thought it is for nothing rather than looking at whether he can be punished for having his 4 wives when he goes visitung America.

Wetin concern me with rights under the common law?
My rites are in Shar'iah where I married!
And the first amendment permits freedom of religion! So if do customary/ Shar'iah marriage four times in the USA, no law court will negate that as it wasn't done under law (court)!

First shariah law is not recognised in the United States. The only institution that award marriage license is the secular court.
Try marry an additional wife in the USA and see how well it end up for u.
U will do well to study the first amendment b4 spewing nonsense as usual.
A law that violates a persons religion if it is applied in a non discriminatory way, the law is valid and constitutional. The anti polygamous law applies evenly to all people, the law is upheld as valid.
Muslims, Christina, Jew or atheist cannot enter a bigamy marriage contract.

When the rich man came to meet Jesus and asked him about eternal life, the first thing Jesus said was Obey the commandments!

The commandments given to Moses only applies to Israelites it has nothing to do with none Israelites.
WHY?
Because by keeping that commandments the Israelites will understand why mankind need a redeemer (saviour) if death is the wages of all errors (sin)
Jesus never told any none Israelite to obey the commandments because it wasn't a covenant between God and any other nation except Israel! Exodus 19:5
So while the commandments was to lead the Israelites to the Christ {Deuteronomy 18:18-19} whoever has come to know the Christ does not need the commandments anymore.

To illustrate imagine you're traveling to a place you've never been to so a map was prepared to help you locate your destination surely you will continue to study the map seriously and to follow all the instructions in the map but when you are there do you still need that map?

The commandments supposed to lead the Israelites to embrace Christ as their redeemer someone they must obey whatever protrudes out of his mouth but then they rejected him simply because he didn't lead them to war against their supposed enemies so anyone who recognized him as the saviour has no need for the commandments anymore because it's no longer useful for any purpose!

All those deaths foreshadow what God's angels will do to anyone found practicing those things when God is directly ruling over the earth so in God's kingdom nobody needs to kill anyone simply because he or she failed to live by the standard because it's angels that will kill the defaulters they will die untimely while other live forever {Isaiah 65:20} and as for Jesus the prince of peace his job is to help defaulters who are committing those errors now to break free through his wise counsel {Isaiah 9:6-7} whoever feels like he's too big to be counseled by Christ Jesus will be killed by Christ Jesus himself!
