The domestic issues was that one couldn't fuel his car he was supposed to be coming from gwagwalada to the court in town, and the other 2 that were coming from bwari village went back home from the bus stop when they heard that bwari to berger was #800.

They just reasoned that they are not yakubu mumuhood that was the architect of this whole brouhaha.
Meanwhile they didn't even have umbrellas since it was raining, so they just decided not to go and kill their selves for INEC matter.

Boss, the crap you wrote up there applies to criminal law not on a matter that is civil. Judgments in civil cases are made on a preponderance of evidence. So not providing any is fundamentally detrimental to your cause.

Till tomorrow some Americans would tell you Joe Biden did not win that election. I ask you, does that change anything? Some have said it was Russia that rigged the election for Trump then. Does that change anything? EU observers only gave their opinion and they have never applauded any election in Nigeria. So, it's not new. EU would never considered reports of African observers to monitor their own election. No one recolonize Nigeria under the pretense of Election Monitoring. We're to decide our fate and not outsiders.

By this statement it's obvious you haven't been following the tribunal.

I was talking to a foreign journalist some days ago who was in Nigeria during the elections. He said off the record that there were 3 categories of people who were in support of the outcome of the presidential elections despite its very well documented failings, most of which from all indications appeared to be deliberate.
1. The hopeful beneficiaries - Those who believe that the Tinubu administration will 'favour them' and their families'. grin

2. Sufferers of Ethnoreligious Myopia - Those who only care about sharing the same religion or ethnicity as the president regardless of who it may be. They will prefer a proven convict of same tribe or religion as them to rule no matter who the alternative might be. These are also termed bigots.
3. Outright Sychophants - These people simply have mental issues, mostly undiagnosed and cannot distinguish between good and bad except in the most obvious and simplified of scenarios. They tend to follow the lead of the first person they come across and that's it.

I laughed so much at hearing all this but I believe him.
