I know of a state Governor that stopped paying salary in all sectors after losing the election. Even water board couldnt supply water to all of the towns because there was no fund

Naija my county . Obasanjo used naija money in billions to try to get a 3rd term . Goodluck spent billions in dollars to buy votes in 2015 . Buhari used government money (tradermoni ) to buy votes in 2019. Tinubu used billions stolen to buy votes in 2023 . Nigeria’s politicians have weaponized poverty such that vote buying cannot stop in the foreseeable future in our electoral process .

That is the reality of Nigeria’s electoral process . Our collective enemies are our leaders but tribalism and religion pits us against one another .
