The vast majority of Yorubas are Christians. My maternal family included. Muslim Yorubas are a minority. I grew up in Lagos. Churches everywhere. Literally the biggest African pastors are Yoruba and the big international churches are ran by Yorubas. In South Africa, UK, US and Asia. My mum spent time in the North, she's seen the fistulas abokis give young girls. Yoruba people don't do child marriage like abokis, Thank God. My mum was safe and protected by her parents while in the North.
