There will be a border check at Toronto. Toronto is your POE. And I’ve read and watched several comments and videos advising we avoid that airport. They can be the village people if they choose to. Safe trip.

2.) The letter connotes you owe the Canadian government (hence the ordering of the GCMS notes to understand what the challenge is in a way)

My understanding is, you need to submit a new application fee together with a new application and a letter to give a formal explaining as to why the previous happened.

Sending them emails at this point , I'm not sure , but you need to consider what I have said thus.

This morning, my husband has received a mail stating that his passport is ready for pick up at the CVAC Abuja and when tracked it says the same thing that his visa envelope is ready for pick up.

I wonder what happened to mine. Because I still haven't gotten a mail saying it has been returned from IRCC with a decision envelope and when I track, it says that it's at IRCC.

Please I need a clarification on this.

I submitted my passport in person in Lagos last month 30th. I got acknowledgement message immediately. Later I got another message stating its on transit to ircc for processing. 3 days after a got a message stating its has been processed in Abuja. This morning I tracked it and it states that its in transit to ircc again .

I'm confused, cos that's the same message I got when I submitted.

Please any one has ideal of what is going on?

I dropped off my son’s passport at VFS Lagos on the 7th of June, I got only 2 mails from VFS, receipt acknowledgement and tracking no. I haven’t gotten any other message since then, I’ve been tracking it and it’s been saying it’s in transit to the ircc office for processing, I don’t know if anyone has been in this situation and how I can expedite it. Mine didn’t take this long at all, just 8 days and I got my passport back. I’m really worried. I’ve called and called the number is always busy, sent mail and it says I should wait till I’m notified to come pick up. What can I do please.

Pls I want to know, I went to VFS abuja on 27th June to submit passport of family of 5 Canada, on Monday 3rd July I received a mgs that 4 out of the 5 passport is been courier but have not gotten it yet , my as the principal when I try to track the id is saying is on under process. 1.) Go to http://wes.org
2.) Sign up and login
3.) Select Canada or US ( for country education standard you want to evaluate, I'm using Canada in this case)
4.) Complete the respective form
5.) Pay the fees ($250 CAD for canada) to submit for processing
6.) Ask your school to formally send your transcript to the WES address
7.) They send a reconfirmation back that the school should confirm
8.) Once confirmed they send a response to your Nigerian home address

That's all. You good to go.
