Not just that alone, the Senate leader who is very vital to the proceedings of the Senate (Including impeachment proceedings), invoking the ‘doctrine of necessity’ etc should C-in-C be indisposed is from the South. This way Tinubu is protecting his tenure pending what the Judgement of the Tribunal at Appeal court and Supreme court may decide.


My support for Obi remains, Tinubu is still a placeholder for Obi, he has started by protecting Obi’s future government.

Obi realistically can't win in court... But I like what his doing

The court can't rule in favor of tinubu ooh but it would be so obvious it was rigged and the integrity of those judges would be stained for life
