Federal character doesn't include his kitchen cabinet, these Assistants and SAs are his personal staffs and he appoints them as he wish,his own perogative..
If He appoints Ministers this way, which am sure he won't,then there's problem,cos that's where he's mandated to employ federal Character. Deji knows this,he's only looking for engagements so as to be seen as criticising the President.
