Layal Holm is a Lebanese. Delta is not Igbo land, Bendel was mid-west. Bendel was divided into Edo/Delta. Igbos ran to Bendel during civil war, they were called Bendel Igbo, that's Igbos living in Bendel. After the division and they no longer have not identity, they started calling themselves Deltans. Igbos are migrated to Delta.
Seyi Tinubu's wife was Layal Holm before getting married to Seyi. Her father is Lebanese, so, she's a Lebanese not Igbo.
Layal Holm's mother is an Igbo woman who didn't marry an Igbo man just like her daughter who married Seyi.
If you claim Layal Holm is Igbo because her mother is Igbo, why is Chinedu Vivour not called an Igbo man?
