I have just need some professional or experienced guide on which of the two notable drugs is better (the two are good, no doubt).
I have someone who is need of a maintenance supplement between the two.

Centrum is arguably the best multivitamins pack in the world. Close to two decades,I've used their various multi and they are top notch!

I have not really gotten info on this but I have seen people around me using reload.
Are you sure Centrum has upper hand over Reload?

@Highzyk,I do not no so much about reload,even though I see it on shelves. But I know Centrum thumps many multis.And many try to clone Centrum. But you can try it.It should be equally good.

Let me comment for someone else that would stumble upon this in the future.

I don't know about the centrum, but I use Reload, and I've used Wellman in the past.

My personal experience

Reload gives me extra energy all through the day

Wellman makes my skin super fresh after a few weeks of taking it.
