The last day for the Appeal Court (PEPC) to rule on the Petitions before it is September 16th.

Note that with adoption of final responses billed to happen on August 1st, the court could give her ruling anytime between August 2 and September 16th.

Now, whoever loses would have 14 days with which to file Appeal at the Supreme Court.

Supposing the loser takes the entire 14 days before filing appeal at the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court would have maximum of 60 days to consider and give judgment on the appeal; and the latest that can be is November 29th.

So, plus or minus, the entire court proceedings would be over on or before November 29, 2023. By then, we shall have known whether Tinubu is continuing in office, or Obi or Atiku is taking over, or if we are going to have a rerun election.

Meanwhile, the Tinubu and APC have filed their written addresses of 42 pages in court which will now be adopted in court possibly on July 17 from when Obi lawyers will have 7 days to respond.

Like I mentioned days back, APC destroyed evidence at the polling unit level in a way that makes it difficult for PDP or LP to actually prove they won the presidential election. In short, I am not sure how Peter Obi planned to win the election without having party agents across all the PUs where elections were held in Nigeria.

For me, 2023 is already gone, and the opposition should learn from it. I think LP and PDP should form an alliance ahead of 2027. That's the only way they can defeat APC. Tinubu cannot conduct a free and fair presidential election; this is very certain.

BOLA TINUBU has been consistently building a feudal system in Yorubaland for 20 years now.
90% of Yoruba people have settled into an abject poverty mindset. Hence! They cannot connect with people like you and I politically because they think we are more or less Elites.

Let that sink into your skull
