Thank God lives were spared. I remember Dornier 228 crash that killed a lots of army generals and some NAF crew men during General OBJ era. Waiting for the military and AIB report on this crash.

it requires specialised training not everyone is suited for. who would train the passengers how long would it take and where would it happen so it is not feasible. The altitude in which passenger plane flies has low oxygen people would go unconscious plus most crashes occurs during take off and landing.

You can't eject over 180 or 200 people on the
Commercial Airline except combat airline like Army or Airforce....
Besides, the training is done to equip each personnel for combat readiness.

That F-7 Jet is a flying coffin, I've lost count on the number of those jets that have crashed since purchase.

OBJ sir. The major military mishap that happened during the time of IBB was the crash of NAF-911 C-130 Hercules military transport plane that departed Ikeja airport on September 26 1992 but crashed immediately in Ejigbo area.

The C 130 mishap was one of the darkest days post civil war in Nigeria.

Then the nationhood was strong, the whole country went silent in collective mourning. On NTA, after the victim list was released, Onyeka Owenus Let their be peace, began playing...
It was very sombre, that evening.

Well, thank God these young pilots survived the crash.
