See kiddo, If the election is annulled on the ground that getting 25% in FCT is compulsory, the candidate that has the highest vote (Tinubu) and the candidate that won the highest number of states among the remaining candidates (Atiku) will go for a second ballot.

He shouldn't have mentioned "and FCT" because according to their corrupt lawyers FCT is also counted as a state in Nigeria even when they can't mention what is the capital of the FCT as it applies to other states.
