2. Russia makes its weapons: fighter jets, tanks, drones, nuclear weapons, submarines, frigates...all; what weapons does Nigeria make (most Nigerian tanks and and attack helicopters are old Russian weapons, even the AK-47 of the Nigerian military is an old Russian weapon)

The Iraqi military as at when the USA invaded had the latest Soviet Union tech, was one of the most euiped military in the world, and also the largest in the Middle East..
The USA never conducted airstrikes against Syria target they only targeted Isis camps in Syria, I don't know were you got your info about the USA sharing skies in Syria, Syria was a delicate situation, the USA were arming the Kurds against isis, they Russians were conducting airstrikes against rebels against the Syria regime, while the Turk's were fighting the same Kurds that were armed by the USA.
Please get your info right . The only pact in the Syria war was between the isreal and Russian ,the Israelites made a pact to allow the use of Russian control Syrian airspace to conduct strikes against Iran backed rebels in northern Syria.
