I wanted to propagate my ezoic dns. Ezoic sent me the dns 1-4, only for me to propagate it, I couldn't see the nameserver in the control panel. I sent them a WhatsApp message, I was given one useless info that was not helpful. I contacted them again, they didn't reply. All their communication channels are unresponsive. I have searched all the cpanel for dns, I couldn't find it, and the host support is not responsive. I have never enjoyed their support since I registered with them. I was lured in by what I red about their supposed responsive support. If they continue like this, they will be out of business. I have not mentioned their name oooo, but I can decide to mention it if they fail to be supportive. |
