If any of the three major presidential candidates, Tinubu of APC, Atiku of PDP and Peter Obi of Labour Party is found wanton in line wiyh the Nigeria Law, he should be disqualified. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
No anarchy, no unrest, etc. Any protests will be summarily dealt with by our security forces. Let the laws take its FULL course!
Nigeria is bigger than any individual or group of individuals. It is high time we begin cleaning up our electoral system.

The Era of people stealing votes, manipulating results with impunity should end. The Era of disenfranchisement of people should end. We should begin to make people ACCOUNTABLE.
Accountability is what separates the developed nations from the under developed. We disobey laws because we know that the system does not hold us accountable.

In the West, if you commit a crime, there is about 70-90% chance that you are caught and made to face full wrath of the law. In our system, you have less 10% chance of being caught. This is because our police is not accountable. The day we start holding DPOs accountable for every crime in their precincts, crime will drop. The day our courts start removing governors, assembly men, etc for crises they orchestrate during and after election, we would begin to see freer and fairer elections.

The day we begin to jail our returning officers for manipulating election results, our elections will become credible. We see bigger nations hold elections in seamless manner, but back home, we deploy the most advanced technology and at the end jettison it so as to give room to some thieves and thugs to have field days. Who says there are no thugs in these other societies, but their laws are respected. Noone dares the law.

Back home, we glory in technicalities as if we created the word. So, a thief will be caught red handed, but because he was not arrested by the police, "technically", he may not be the thief. Tell me why such a thief will not upscale to become an armed robber and subsequently an armed bandit?

So, to all election tribunal judges, please do the right thing. Let us stop encouraging frauds. As the most populous black nation of the world, let us prove to the world that we are not as corrupt as we are seen. That way, our politicians would not manipulate our electoral process and wave it off with the now popular maxim, "GO TO COURT". They say that because know the courts cannot bite.

It is high time our courts begin to bite, and bite real HARD!
