Where did they suddenly get the dollars from?

Buhari and Emefiele diverted all the foreign earnings of the country to themselves and thier crooked (Dangote) and denied all citizens of foreign payment, those who want to pay for school fees, medical bills and business were all denied to make any international payment.

They give Dangote all the dollars to built refinery and share the remaining among themselves,

And some foolish people are complaining why Emefiele is in detention

The official exchange rate is N820 for $1..

As a software engineering that also has a cyber security background, using naira cards and stuff has more chances of putting you into big problem. Although they'll most likely not make an arrest move, but they have all y'all info in their crime databases because of shit like this and you never can tell how it affects you in the future
