I'd think that the government would carry out a screening exercise or do some form of competency test.
Even the memo to health workers has very poorly grammar.

God bless your Govt.General hospital being reopened years after it was closed is a miracle.

I benefitted from the free medical outreach there last week Saturday.
Consultation and drugs for free.Will also be picking up my glasses this saturday

I must say the health workers need better pay and motivations as the reopening of the hospital means less business for them.
Some of them disappeared as soon as the inauguration team left especially those taking vital signs which halted the rest of the process.

The Doctors and pharmacists remained including the wonderful student nurses who continued taking the vital signs.The CMD was efficient too.
Signing in machines will also come in effective to checkmate ghosting.

Omo this doctor matter for Abia choke

Alex Otti should empower traditional healers and native doctors in the state.

No serious minded medical doctor will want to continue working for a state government that has owed them months of unpaid salaries.

If Alex Otti is able to clear all unpaid salaries, the smart ones should Japa without hesitation.

Dear Mr Alex Otti, days are passing by and Abians and probably well meaning Nigerians who supported and celebrated your stunning victory are yet to see anything positively done by you to ease the long suffering of your people. All we hear is you castigating and trying to prove how devilish and anti-people your predecessor was, which we all know.
Four years is just like four months and I believe you understand what I mean. Start working! Let's see what your plans are for your people and rescue them from the long pains, tears and suffering they've gone through. Again, FOUR YEARS IS JUST LIKE FOUR MONTHS!

Probably checking for ghost workers and some doctors who might have stopped working due to unpaid salaries from the previous administration. You can't be paying workers who have abandoned their jobs. Smart move

We need our own bred carer please. If the state government is serious unlike the old folks, the best medical care for practitioners and citizen will be assured. God assist Nigeria in all sphere.
