The company will determine if it can pay it.

Our farm is just 10 acres for a 6-month trial with you starting from January 2023.
We will be planting maize and groundnuts.
You will supervise 2 farm workers while you report to farm supervisor on daily progress.
It will be a mixture of tractor and manual labor.
The 6-month trial will determine if we are to extent your contract if/when satisfied with your performance.
it will also motivate the company to to expand more.We have big plans but need trusted workers to execute them.
