Tinubu is not wise.

This guys have solid case. Tinubu picked Masari as running mate on the 17th of June.

On the 24th, Masari went to FHC to swear an affidavit stating his immediate withdrawal as VP nominee. This was kept secret, APC probably wants to use the affidavit against him in case he refuses to withdraw.

On the the 14th of July, Masari publicly announced his withdrawal and on the 15th, Tinubu nominated Shettima.

Between when Masari sworn the oath and the time Tinubu nominated Shettima was 21 days, but the electoral law stipulates that a candidate has between 14 days to nominate a new running after a placeholder resigns.

So, Shettima's nomination is invalid which makes Tinubu candidature invalid.

This is different from LP case which hinges on double nomination. According to LP, as of the time Shettima was nominated, he was the candidate of Borno Central

So APC is marked from 2 angles. LP and APM. I don't see how apc would survive the 2 attacks. 14 or 21days.

. My dear, me too I dey reason am the same way oo. I don't see the possibility of APC escaping from the two attacks. Even if they succeed in escaping from one, the other must definitely catch up with them. In fact, that of APM is even a more deadly attack and it is most unlikely for APC to escape it except if the judiciary is compromised.

Everywhere one turn, Tinubu/APC have a lots of landmine waiting to consume him as far as the 2023 presidential election.
