I am waiting for this too, but I doubt they will prioritize the Nigerian market. Even the US still has Starlink supply issues.

Ournolly:

Wow! Such great news.

They will likely be targeting launch in Nigeria towards the end of this year.

The quoted speed is 25Mbps and it’s as said
I was in a class for 4 hours yesterday and it didn’t buffer and I also replay my last week classes cos the mtn network I was using couldn’t allow me stay through

The speed is good enough for me really
Great insights.

I have 2 external antenna in my house now

Teltwine
Konnect

For konnect, i exhausted my 30Gig priority data within a week speed dropped to 1Mbps and subsequently 512Kbps..i wan cry undecided

The second month. I didn't subscribe again, and went back to Teltwine.. See their plans below .. I subscribed to 16,750...Up to 7Mbps and I hardly get up to 3Mbps since I onboarded. Na fight with thier service reps (Give it to the reps, they respond on time 24hrs a day)

I complained bitterly that i have never gotten up to 7Mbps. I just dey dash them money undecided undecided

All these fibre no cover the whole of Surulere.. Painful, else would have gone for FOB

Na Teltwine I still dey manage ooo till something better comes along

*HOME shared capacity plans*

Up to 5mbps @ N11,500
Up to 7mbps @ N16,750
Up to 10mbps @ N28,500
Up to 15mbps @ N33,750

i think 2/3Mbps after like 20G/30G data is given to u again.. If you are on Unlimited 20/30

When you exhaust your 20G/30G, your speed drops to 512Kbps

Hi everyone,

Helpful reviews here. I am also planning to join the Konnect train. I am based in Igando but work for an international org from home. I use Swift unlimited, Etisalat and Airtel, but when we are on calls, my voice comes on like 10 seconds after I have spoken. Because of my, they stopped video calls in my department, still I get internet problems. Now when we wan do call, na prayer and fasting.

I plan to retain my Swift unlimited for our Netflix and Youtube use. Those are our only sources of entertainment. I also want to get the Konnect for work use so I will not exceed the FUP.

Is Konnect still ok? I also have issues with the weather thingy. I read somewhere that rain affects it a lot. I just wish I stayed somewhere better so I could do fibre to home.

My boss, what provider did you later go with? MTN HyNetFlex is showing me shege at the moment. We couldn't even use our 2TB subscription due to poor network. I am around this Igando too, and urgently need a stable alternative.

This is disappointing to be honest. There are ISPs out there with better speeds/pings. This is mine
at any time 24/7 on the 30Mbps plan. 100% speed delivered (nothing like peak or off-peak periods). Ping 3ms.

Bros which isp be this?

I did Konnect Africa, it's showing me shege too. It works the first two days, and after that my Swift is better than it.

I am hoping to add MTN 5G to the basket of ISPs.

Currently, I use Swift, Konnect, Airtel and Etisalat at the same time, all trash.

Yes I am, they had a slight adjustment on their tariff though.

What is the adjustment?
They increased their tariff rate, it was expected because of Tinubu and his economy

I am now with Starlink
Re: Any Reviews For Konnect Africa by Moneyboyz: 8:35pm On Jan 26
Bro I am a coolink first time customer, I'm tired of their service.

I paid 32k for subscription and I didn't use it up to a week before the speed got throttled to avoid 70kb per second. Believe that 1mb throttle speed at your own risk. If you see 150kb per second make you dey praise God.

Also for that price we should be getting nothing less than 200gb priority data.

I have made up my mind that I won't subscribe to this shit anymore.

People in other countries are paying less for unlimited internet.

My advise is that you should not buy coolink unless you are willing to spend 100k plus a month for their truly unlimited plans.
