Electoral Act 2022 specified four documents to be used when there is a dispute. All four are in the custody of INEC. The first two are relevant to Form EC8A.
1. The original of the disputed collated result for each polling unit where the election is disputed (these are the top copies)
2. The smart card reader or other technology device used for accreditation of voters in each polling unit where the election is disputed for the purpose of obtaining accreditation data directly from the smart card reader or technology device.
3. The data of accreditation recorded and transmitted directly from each polling unit where the election is disputed.
4. The votes and result of the election recorded and transmitted directly from each polling unit where the election is disputed. (these are from iREV)

There is no provision in the law for agent copies. That's why INEC were subpoenaed to provide them.

Why didn't he present it at the tribunal, what was Obi actual votes, how many were deducted from what was announced and what was Tinubu and others votes after the deduction?

What I want to understand from Tinubu zombies are:

1. Are you people saying the law of 25% should be thrown out because it involves Tinubu? If yes, then you will first make sure that all letters and words in the Nigerian constitution are suspended. In other words, Nigeria's constitution in its entirety ceases to exist. Because no one is allowed to select the part of the Constitution to be obeyed.

Many people have been sentenced to life imprisonment, or killed as a result of a breach of just one part of the constitution. Why will it come to Tinubu and you will say the constitution does it matter because he has money or because is a Yoruba? It will not work. We are watching and waiting.

2. Are you people saying, drug traffickers can be a Nigeria President? No way, again if the judge stooped so low to say that, they will have to close all the prisons and release all the criminals currently being held there for committing crimes. Tinubu is not more Nigerians than others. If he has money just for himself, Tinubu does not feed Nigerians, they struggle for themselves.

Tinubu was part of the criminal offense rather it was his account that those guy used for the activities. Those involved were jailed accordingly. The cessation money $360k were link to drug proceed while addendum cash were interest on his saving that were tax by IRS. For instance, some of us in the mid 2000's who were fortunate to have an account do give out our account details to assist others whose aunties and uncles may send money to them in the village. The investigation revealed that Tinubu wasn't part of the drug cartel and these people (criminals) only used his account to get the money. That's why the called it civil forfeiture and "Civil forfeiture refers to the laws and regulations that permit the government to seize assets without filing criminal charges". For instance, if you have a car and a friend borrow it on disguise of going for wedding, only for you to be told that your car was used for robbery, and after the investigation it showed that you were not aware of their original plan, the enforcement will placed a forfeiture on the car or ask pay a fine on your property that was involved in criminality but you won't be charge ( that's how civil forfeiture works only on the property not individual).

No. INEC retains the original. Any other one you see are duplicates. If you've filled bank deposit slips before now that paper economy and internet banking is in vogue, you should understand that. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Are you aware he denied knowing those guys at some point? Are you aware he was making huge deposits in that account in person?
