When he brought a Prof of Mathematics to the Tribunal, I thought we would see some mathematical exercise, addition in states a, b, g, k, etc and subtractions in states p, q, s, v, etc from and among parties to give a different final results but no such happened. It means the INEC results stand, no contrary figure from the petitioners.

To me, it seems that Obi was more interested in disqualification of Tinubu than proving any rigging. Probably bcoz he knew he didn't win.

Even on all the grounds for disqualification against Tinubu, which one was he able to prove beyond reasonable doubt? Every ground have been responded to by Tinubu APC lawyers professionally with points of Law and decided cases.

I don't know anyone that was outstandingly proven beyond reasonable doubt bcoz the onus of proof is on Obi and Atiku. Tinubu APC is just to respond.

* 25% in FCT.... Section 134 & 299 resolved that FCT is 37th state so FCT residents don't have 2 heads. There's no Golden Vote in our constitution. A Nigerian in Asaba or Sokoto is no less Nigerian than Nigerians in FCT.

* Chicago state university..... University Director of Legal has issued a confirmation letter on 28/06/23 to the Tribunal and this supercedes any other claim. Even his enemy Reno Omokri was in the school and he said Tinubu picture was hung on the school Hall as one of their best student.

* $460k forfeiture..... It's a civil case and no conviction bcoz he was never charged to Court. Obi witness, who's a lawyer for 17 yrs admitted it was a Civil Case. In Nigeria Criminal Law, I'm aware that a conviction expires after 10 yrs. I think it's section 137. This incident happened 30 yrs ago.

* Shettima nomination.... There's a decided case here by the supreme court ruling that Shettima never participated in any VP primary. Waste of time.

* Did I forget any other ground?

All have been responded to professionally.

I see Tribunal imposing heavy Fine on Obi and Atiku.

This is a point which has already been made by the American government through official channels, and one anybody with even the slightest acquaintance with Anglo-Saxon legal traditions would understand. If they were half as outraged about criminal behavior as they pretend, why are they backing a man who indisputably broke Nigeria's own laws by refusing to use the funds allocated by his state legislators for the stated purposes they allocated it, preferring to park the monies in a bank in which he held an ownership share, whence he could skim the interest earned for himself? Why doesn't it bother them that the same man used more state money to prop up a family-owned beer business? These are the sorts of crimes (and they are most definitely crimes) of which Tinubu has been much accused but never had proven against him, yet all these fairweather enemies of criminality keep silent when it comes to Obi.

The nail on the coffin of all this hypocrisy is that the very people pushing baseless "drug baron" accusations are the same ones who hail drug traffickers who are convicted in Asia with chants of "na man you be" ...

It's not rigging. Whenever you're reading Section 134 please read it together with Section 299 of the constitution then you would realize that FCT is not special and it's regarded as the 37th state. Democracy in Nigeria is one man, one vote to all the constituents that makes up the federation to which FCT belongs. FCT vote is not one man, two votes. Therefore, it's only gullibility and delusion that would make an Obi supporters to think that this would affect Tinubu.
