A serious Lagos based lawyer who knows anyone whose loved one is still missing since Endsars protest should immediately file an action at the Federal High Court (don't go to any Lagos State Court) to compel Lagos State Government not to conduct any burial until it discloses the full identities of the 103 victims of the ENDSAR that it wants to give a mass burial. It bothers on human rights. You cannot bury people who have loved ones in mass grave without affording their loved ones the right to give them their private burials according to their respective customs, traditions and religious beliefs. Get an injunction

The propaganda that the anti-government and anti-Tinubu anarchists have been defeated over is that there was a massacre at the Tollgate.

The massacre was at Ezu River perpetrated by Awkuzu SARS.

I don't know why you people are trying to change something even your governor has agreed to. The protests were held simultaneously in several states of Nigeria, and in several locations in Lagos, including Lekki tollgate. 103 people were murdered during the course of the protests in Lagos. The injured and the dead were moved from Lekki tollgate and other locations to hospitals all over Lagos.

Guy see eh, I understand you're supporting this government but please don't throw away your humanity. You're human first, before tribe/religion/state.
If you had a family member among these 103, you wont be saying this

Not done anywhere.....The point at what point did Lagos government informed its citizens that they have so many bodies yet to be recovered from the morgue.........There was never any publication to inform people that they have so many unclaimed dead bodies. In my opinon, the LASG has a point in that very few people till date has come to claim that they lost people at the toll gate. LASG set up a commission of enquiry and few people showed up.

In any event, their reaction has been better than ANSG response for Awkuzu SARS massacre.. or hasn't it?

You guys should try to be intelligent naa....please.

(1) Land to be used for the mass grave won't be cheap, especially in Lagos. You have to pay for it. This alone will account for the largest portion of the budget.

(2) The handlers responsible for the loading and offloading of the dead bodies will need to be paid.......and they won't char getting normal labour rates.

(3) The men to dig a grave large enough to contain over 100 people will also need to be paid.

(4) The transportation of over 100 bodies isn't like transporting 100 passengers, it's a specialist service so it comes at extra costs.

(5) The people that will bury the dead by heaping the earth back on them too will also get paid.

(5) The company that handles this contract also needs to make profit.

What's all the fuss about? One shouldn't embrace ignorance in their bid to criticise.

The number of casualties from the #endsars protests were never a secret. It was made public at the panel of enquiry and it was categorically stated that the victims were picked at different locations across the state. The problem is many Nigerians are always too quick to forget or too reluctant to accept the truth.

Those bodies should not be buried until DNA samples are collected and they're identified. APC is a party from hell. They should run DNA samples on the bodies and families that lost their kiths and kins in Lekki tollgate provide their samples for matching undecided
