You mean to win a football match in more than 90mins is 'just luck" ?

I mean their ALL defensive tactics in the early minutes.

Well , it paid off las, las.

Congrats Super Falcons of Nigeria. ✌️

Even with a loss against Ireland, we'll still stand a good chance of qualifying for QF. But a draw minimum will surely suffice.

We have technically qualified for the round of 16

Australia will be playing with Canada in the last game, A win for Australia, Canada is out, A draw for Australia, they are out, A win for Canada, Australia is out
We need to avoid heavy defeat from Ireland, if Australia should win by 2:1 and we lost by 2 goals to Ireland (God forbid) we are out.

To avoid permutations: our worst possible outcome for qualification is to play a draw. However, our girls are going for maximum 3 points to end as table toppers with 7points.

Well, better teams don't qualify, the winning teams do. In this case, Nigeria is the winning team.

You are right, but we should be able to hold our own against the Republic of Ireland, they are the weakest team in the group.

grin Different approach to every game. They will go far. I just finished laughing at a friend who always wishes that Nigeria fails at all times.

I agree but for how long would they keep winning with this squad that played poorly? Aussies flunked a lot of their chances else Nigeria would've been many goals down. We need to work harder against Ireland to avoid surprises.

No they weren't. They had poor communication and atrocious defending. They only woke up in the last 15 mins and some of the ref calls were suspect

Don't mind them was supposed to end

3-1

Imagine 10 minutes extra time after 90 minutes...

And they scored 1 to make it 3-2

you shouldn't raise the issue from on set. You're somewhat body shaming them. You probably might not had the intention to body shame them but do you consider how they'd feel seeing your comments? Someone scored a goal for her country and celebrated it but all you could see was her body.

I am not making comparism but to let you know that i love her. I love model girls. There are guys who want them skinny. That doesn't mean i should see busty or chubby ladies as weird

The coach should find a way to fix that left back position. It was so porous. Every single attack and goal entered from that side.

Ohale though. Balled well.
