I sometimes questions if Nigeria should have self rule and gotten independence in 1960. Then I remember the millions of successful Nigerians in diaspora, shame we cannot replicate the same success in our fatherland/motherland.

There is something wrong in this geographical space that make people loot mindlessy and engage in state capture. Despite all the loot the ministerial nominees have acquired. Their main focus will still be to acquire more loot at the expense of this sinking ship.

Nigerians are serious when they step into countries with rule of law like Canada, UK, USA, Netherland and Germany. The second they get home their primal instincts kick in and they follow the rule of the jungle and do as they please.

Only a strong and independent non corrupt judiciary can save the nation.
