Its good for the government because when they get job the government stop giving them stipend to survive. It save government lot of money.

If the asylum seeker is good worker the job can be converted to permanent job and they can use that stand to get residency.

Correct, they also want to send a strong message to Africans trying to or about to risk their lives crossing the mediteranian sea on a boat or dingy that it is not worth the risks co's they would be deported, in recent months more than 3000 africans has drowned trying to cross the sea on boats to Europe, these kinda incidents is what the EU is trying to stop by deporting unqualified, false or economic african refugees or asylees.

This is the message Europe is trying to send to africans trying to cross to Europe risking their lives, the message is, don't do it! You would be deported when you get here. Because what these people do is once they are lucky and gets into Europe they would tell the others look we are here in Europe and then the others starts risking their lives to come.
