You will not understand with your coconut head naa,it's a logical reasoning, let assume a country is 50 million, and poor people there are 10 million, then another country with 20 million population with 5 million poor people...

Ofcourse data will shows that the second country has fewer poor people, but in reality we all know that the first country have more richer people compare to the second due to their population.
