I don't understand the concept of 'exercise patience' often bandied around. What is the meaning of that.

If verifiable work is on going, a timetable is provided and an understanding of the process is communicated there is no client or customer that will be impatient with a service. It simply does not arise.

But if no work is going on, no verifiable progress is made or no one understands the process due to lack of communication, trust automatically breaks down and tensions arise.

On the matter of the spiralling cost of living crises in Nigeria, I honestly do not understand what the government is doing or where they are as to plans, programs and projections.

Communication is paltry at best and this does not inspire public confidence. The people are genuinely scared that the government is losing control of the wheel of state.
