Simeon Ekpa is from Ebonyi state, yet reasonable numbers of Ebonyians including former Gov Dave Umahi have said they don't want to be part of Ipob Biafra even before Ekpa came on board.

How come someone from a state which have rejected the Ipob Biafra be giving orders to other 4 states in the region.
