relax for how long. When they want to buy SUV cars of 70 billions, they didn't relax. The address of the president amount to nothing. Just promises as usual
I will still implore you to relax. Things will be fine or don't you believe? Calm down and look at the bigger picture.
It will be great what is coming. Just chill

I am in support of NLC on this one even though some disgruntle cabals are behind the move.
measures should have been put in place before cancellation of subsidy.

Poor Nairalanders, go to your LGAs and wards and write your name and account number for your 8k palliative o.
Palliative here and there. How much be the money sef. Money we no go reach one day, after that what next? another palliative? Omo poverty no good o. Imagine money less that $10 as palliative. The thing dey even vex person sef.
Re: Subsidy Talks: Labour Shuns FG, Begins Protests As Oil Workers Down Tools by allenpaul(m):
Most Nigerians are docile, reason the leaders dish garbage to them and get away with it the question is do we really need the NLC before we rise up against those tyrants? until we take responsibility a bad leader and his ilk we continue to dictate the pace and the Nation's destiny.

Let's go back to subsidy... Cuz even if the salaries are increased prices of goods and services produced will also be increased. No country in this world that the government don't subsidize for them especially energy and healthcare.

I expect FG to have patience with masses before removing fuel subsidy

FG supposed to put in place a functional refinery so that we can refine our fuel here in nigeria instead of importing it from overseas

Nigerians are suffering real good

Let's call spade a spade, this policies is killing the masses

A government that increased price of PMS by over 300% is finding it difficult to increase salaries! It's just so insensitive to the people's plight. If you earn 100k in naija today, you are extremely poor, even if you Trek to work.
I wonder o. The government should come to an agreement with labour for a wage increase. That is the minimum expectations on the part of government.

Why are you talking like this?
Do you know people are suffering, stop this rubbish, instead of you to say he should buy CNG Buses, your typing nonsense.
When all this rubbish lead to war in Nigeria, by that time you will understand that businesses and people are suffering.
Re: Subsidy Talks: Labour Shuns FG, Begins Protests As Oil Workers Down Tools by Kcapplied: 10:59am On Aug 02, 2023
And the bulk part of the borrowed palliative money was shared among them and they are asking you to hold on . Why can't they also hold on.
delkuf:
for how long will dey continue to negotiate. The meeting held yesterday was the fifth meeting since after president tinubu removed subsidy. So you what them to negotiate for a 100 time before the FG would do what is needful. You don't talk when you don't know things

A proactive president will fish out the cabal & deal with them but not attack defenceless & helpless poor masses

Some farmers cannot bring their farm produce to the market these days

Ur making sense,
he was supposed to buy CNG buses first, before removing subsidy, then start repairing the refineries, borrow money and construct modular refineries, with all these measures put in place, everything will balance.

Now he has not put anything in place, he removed subsidy, what does he want the masses to do?
Things are just falling out of place
