I am more Nigerian than Tinubu because Tinubu isn't a full fledged Nigerian. He has dual citizenship (Guinea and Nigeria)

All these your fighter jets would go up in flames.

Na by numbers?

Fulani soldiers would even sympathize with Niger and sabotage the NA efforts, just like we see it with Boko-haram.
Buhari as military head of state then supported a Fulani man from Niger Republic over and Igbo Nigerian for an important international position...!!

Tinubu got no idea on the comradre in the North..!!

If this war happens..lots of things would be exposed and I fear for Nigeria...!!!

How old are you? What business does Nigeria have going to war in another sovereign country? Have Nigeria in any way successfully combated the internal security problems bedevilling it in the form of Boko Haram, herdsmen, ugm, kidnappers etc? Before thinking of a fruitless expedition in another country's internal affairs.
I have come to realise that most people hear lack common sense.

Military superiority is not the only factor in any eventual military engagement with Niger. USA and Russia were militarily superior to Vietnam and Afghanistan respectively but what was the outcome of their military engagements?

1. It is not easy being the aggressor and taking the fight to the homeland of your "opponent". The people may see you as an outsider trying to install a puppet government and rally against you as a common enemy in nationalistic and patriotic fevour.

2. Going into a terrain that you are not used to and which may have peculiarities, comes with risks to your troops and equipment. The terrain in Niger geographically is predominantly desert plains and sand dunes. And it is hot and dry. Only specific types of motorized military equipment will work well there without serious challenges.

3. Maintenance for troops and equipment in another country as large as Niger is not easy. How do you convert replacement parts, food and other necessities there without incurring serious logistic costs? This is worsened when the populace are largely against you.

So any confrontation in Niger needs to be well thought out before engagement rather than just mouthing statistics, etc. Russia had far better statistics against Ukraine but see the cost of the war so far to them and how long it has dragged?

Nigerian economy is not in the beat condition for any warfare much less long drawn warfare where the troops are not motivated and the Army has been riddled with corruption.

Well you're right but you need to factor in something...

There's literally nothing like Ukraine if not for the hundreds of billion dollars weapon and aid sent to them... There would've been no Ukraine in the second month of the war without NATO and other countries aid... 💯

Bro, Niger’s entire military personnel is 13,000.

Even if Russia sends them every latest weapon in her armoury, they can’t handle the Nigerian military.

Plus it’s not just sending equipment, the Niger military will require training in them, and that can take months.
