My dear I don't know how you gauge ur trend. But it's clearly on a down trend at least to me. Maybe slightly on a retrace though. Look at it on a bigger screen to see whether it's on a downtrend or not. I have my s.l in place if it's going otherwise. If you do bet on trend. This is on a down trend. A daily close above 0.8619 will change the whole narrative.

Additional (top up) analysis on this gold.

If NFP comes bearish today and closes below yesterday, I see it pushing gold out of its ranging zone, then I can short tonight before the market closes for the week or as soon as the market opens on Monday --- for sure. If NFP makes today's gold bullish, it becomes other days or a week of waiting. Above all, I'm never going to long gold anytime soon, be it Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday - never. I will not also short it until NFP gives it its momentum today, else, I keep waiting till next week.

TIP: Search for fundednext on Instagram, and find the 6th video titled "How to win in forex" - an Indian guy interviewed....you will appreciate why I wait this long sometimes before triggering a trade.

In general BULISH BIAS ON Bleep/USD and if the NFP value is otherwise,then na till next week

On gold again, I am looking out for a fall from 1966 if It eventually get there. It's risky though. Gold can murder anyone. 😅😅

So, next week, I will be watching out for this gold chart. I have my pending sell limit on it so that I don't miss it. I will sell down to 1925.
