Yes, but Juve have not accepted this bid and ask 40M + Lukaku to sell Vlahovic to Chelsea. There are a new round talks in the next 48 hours.

Juventus sees value in Vlahovic-Lukaku swap: Not just tactical, but economic gain too. Lukaku's 3-year salary, €30m less than Vlahovic's, thanks to ‘decreto crescita’. Vlahovic staying could mean €70m earnings. Selling at €75-80m could bring Juve €15m profit.

Juventus have a new idea. They might give Chelsea extra rewards if Lukaku helps Juventus do well again. If this happens, Chelsea pays €80m for Vlahović, and Juventus pays €50m for Lukaku.

Andrey Santos is as good as caicedo and can play against Liverpool perfectly well.
