If I was to be a trader employing sentimental analysis; whenever I see the crowd going longs, that's when I would be seeking an opportunity to go short...against the crowd.
That's just my approach to the markets though.

However, my trading approach involves a combination of factors, including sentiment, key levels, and areas of interest. While this week's bullish sentiment might suggest a long opportunity to some, I focus on my daily marked-up levels that guide my trades.

Connecting this to the weekly sentiment, I seek trades that align with both my daily setups and the overarching weekly sentiment on an asset. Last week's sentiment for GBP/USD was bearish, and trading in line with that sentiment would have led to favorable gains. Here's a screenshot attached, showing last week's sentiment for reference.

It is however worthy of a note that my sentimental strength meter on GBPUSD has a win rate of 65% so far this year. This further underscores the value of combining sentiment with other factors in my trading decisions.

Day 3, Started from 6.5% but brought it down to 6%. Got very annoyed and left my weed to unleash my cheat on forex. Cheat took me from 6% to 10.9% but decided to pick my village people's call when I decided to leave cheat and use my coconut head..... Coconut head crashed from 10.9% to 4.1%...Now Coconut head is -2K on DD. Pls pray for Coconut head.
