I get your point perfectly but inconsequential is not the word in such scenario.

Those commentators often use "it's not enough" for such goal, which means the goal did it's best to win them the cup but it's not enough. This doesn't mean the same with the goal being unimportant.

The only inconsequential goals in football are consolation goals in knockout matches.

Only Trossard goal didn't help arsenal win. You guys are just making it seem Trossard scored the goal that gave Arsenal the cup when in actual fact it is not. It just opened up the platform for penalties

The people that helped arsenal win was Trossard, Odegaard, Saka and Viera Penalties while needing the help of Kdb and Rodri misses.
