I messed up big time in the period of my stay as a student in Awka, had several opportunities to invest heavily in this town when lands and properties where still very cheap(then you can get something very meaningful with 500k), 2012 downwards, as a university student, I always cook up stories to job my Dad, who was equally ready to give provided it was for my good. One deal then dey fetch me 50k and above, and rather than invest it, I used it for 3 basic things we term the student's life.... Drink, womanize and gamble... Goshen villa for Abakiliki street/club road now, was reputable back then, most times I wish I could turn back the hands of time, but alas....

This is exactly what we need to keep doing. We have the capability to built the South East.
We should also ensure that we use more local resources to build our projects.
I am strongly interested in lands around awka axis. Whether in Achalla, Mbaukwu, Umunya, Niise, etc.
