Algeria, Burkina Faso, and Mali close their Airspace to foreign military planes supporting the campaign against Niger.
Any foreign military planes entering their Airspace will be shot down

So much fake news being posted here on Nairaland in multiple threads opened by same people who jinxed Mr Obi, Mr Nnamdi Kanu etc with their bad luck.

The only countries with closed airspace in Africa are Sudan, Libya and now Niger due to threat by Ecowas to blockade niger.
If you read anything on niger here on Nairaland, just do a search for it online, you will see that the fake news is only here on Nairaland.

Mods need to ban you fake news purveyors . Keep reporting them to mods so they can ban them.

Even though i don't support the coup d'etat in Niger, a military intervention in Niger by Nigeria and ECOWAS is a fire that will not only engulf Niger, but the whole of west Africa.

My brother fear not, during the administration of Obasanjo, the president of Sao Tome and Principe was disposed by military coup while on a diplomatic visit to Nigeria. Obasanjo quickly sent Nigerian soldiers there, on sighting the Nigerian soldiers the coupist surrendered without firing a bullet. Still in shock and terrified about the incident the president was reluctant to return to his country, Obasanjo had to personally flew him on his presidential jet back home to reinstate him.

Another good way ECOWAS could use to restore democracy in Niger without war and bloodshed is to use "deception". Invite the military leader of Niger for a peace talk to be held in Kampala Uganda, before then an underground arrangements to oust him would have already been made with some powerful Nigeriens who are not in support of him.

During the meeting in Kampala he is to receive a call from Niger that he is no longer the leader of Niger and would face treasonable charges if he ever returns to Niger. Watch how he would be rendered powerless and helpless.
