It's only some ministries like Justice.... Finance .... Education..... Health that really needs a professional from the field to be minister ..... Other ministries can be handled by anyone who has had experience as an administrator.....the bulk of the work is done by the PS and agency heads. Eg for labour ministry for instance..... anybody who has had administration experience can be the minister....

Your type will support Doctors to be managing hospitals whereas there are people who trained as hospital administrators and whose duty it is to manage hospitals but since the medical doctors have bamboozled everyone to think it's the duty of medical doctors to run hospital.....your likes will kick if a health system administrator is appointed Minister of health.

1, Keyamo have the tendency to be irrational which he himself is aware of and so he tries to manage it consciously, giving him such a portfolio might turn him into a not-so-useful but good tool.
2, there is a lot of shade contracts and agreements that have been signed by the last aviation minister that would put the nation into trouble soon and so you need a legally trained and loyal fighter to go in and correct things
3, The Airline operators keep taking the govt to court over some ridiculous issue despite most of them not paying taxes.
4, Aviation gets more intervention funds more than any other sector expect Agric and security and cost of travelling is still very high, beneficiaries are not refunding the funds and non of the operators have 10years of successful story but MD and Owners leaving large so you needs a fearless and loyal fighter in that room.
