1. to pad budget by relying on foreign companies budget would be ×100 of what local companies would charge
2. oppourtunity to transfer and move funds out of Nigeria through foreign shell companies
3. Inability to audit the financials of those foreign companies who arnt based in Nigeria

You cannot build 10 storeys in hours! Those housing units are not proper mortar and brick houses. Watch on YouTube hospitals constructed in China during covid. Massive hospitals with thousands of beds in just a few days. Those are ready made houses with plastics and other materials. They simply assemble them. Now, those houses crime infested nation like Nigeria is not worth it.

Finally, there is nothing China is better at than the US. Absolutely nothing.

Before we can claim that our population is the problem, our leaders from the discovery of crude oil must have used our resources accountably till it becomes exhausted because we were too many.
