Preferably a cool and secure area, with POP ceiling, Water heater in the bathroom, kitchen cabinet, regular power supply, and serviced apartment.

I don check the apartment for Jibowu oh.

It looks okay and manageable.

Na for Igbobi Sabe street for Jibowu.

I just wan find out weda the place dey safe ni, make burglars no come dey disturb my life ni, or armed robbers.

Also the light situation there. One of the housekeepers told me they enjoy atleast 10hours light in 24hrs.

And finally to be sure no be scam house, or the agent just wan scam me of my money.

Them say dem don build the house finish for about a year plus now, but the owner just decided now to rent it out.

Nobody is living yet in the apartments, but some apartments are said to have been taken.

Abeg make una epp me out meen...
