Nigerians politicians and photo sessions are 5 & 6.

Personally, I like Shettima for his intellect, sense of humour and immense infrastructural work in Borno State even in the face of raging war. However, I am struggling to make any sense of this picture taken and released by his team? I mean there is no book he wants in VP office library that he can't order and get even in matter of days to facilitate his knowledge. So why this 'denge' pose in South African library?

Nigerian political handlers don't understand they are supposed to help the image of their principal. Like for Michelle Obama, there's a funny way she used to do her lips when talking but her handlers corrected it to an extent within the first 2 years of the Obama administration.
