Hello House .

I would like to know How much it would cost to Build a 3 Bedrooms flats and Roof it with the Current Cost of Building Materials.

Type of Roofing : Slates .

Electrical and Plumbing ,Soak Away not Inclusive Please .

Just the Building Alone and Roofing

Cost of Platering ,Tiles and Ceilings inclusive as well.

Can Someone who recently build just give me an Estimate.

The Main Reason I opened this thread is because I really wants to know if the Price I'm Offering My 3 Bedrooms flat is too much

The House is Fully Roofed .

There are still Some things needed to be done .

The Main Sitting Room : Not Tiles .
The Other two rooms : No WC and Shower .
General Plumbing Works not done .
Electrical works only for 2 rooms .

Two Rooms only fully tiled.
The house is Fully Plastered in and out .


All Rooms are fully With Ceilings ..
All Rooms With Aluminium Windows and Buglary .

All Rooms with Doors .

Frontage Wall Fully Tiles .

It is in a Developed Community,Just 4 Minutes Walk to the Main Express Bustop ..No need to take Another Bus once you Alight at the Bustop ..Just Walk home



I discovered that after Sending Pictures to People that asked for it ,Most don't get back .

I can share Pictures with you so you can advise me.

I'm not into Real Estate ,Though Cost of Building Materials has gone up just like other things ,Yet I don't even use that to Judge .

I Specifically Mentioned the Area of the Property so Intrested buyer knows in advance .



Maybe I have not really gotten a Serious and Ready Buyer ...

. Sir,If you have an idea of how I can Upload and Post Pictures on here I would Appreciate, Why Wouldn't I want to Post Pictures.

I have thread specifically for the House I'm Selling and I have tried all I could to Post the Pictures on here but it would not just Come Up ,I don't Know Why ..

Someone Suggested I Use Chrome I did ,same story .

I Used Brave ,Used Opera It's all The same .

Some Say it's the Picture File ,I used gif etc Same .

Anyway Thanks so Much sir ...I will go with the Price Suggestion you mentioned .

With your suggestions I do not think 4 Million is too much for the House I'm selling ..

I even Brought it down to 3.5 the least.
