People that don't work, they stay at home and get paid.

The former minister in charge of the programme must be probed and arrested ASAP. That is one of the reasons I prefer Peter Obi to be president. Most of those that just served in the last administration deserved to be jailed. But unfortunately nobody is criticizing them now. All eyes is on the new minister. If she likes she must act right and put smiles on unemployed youths again. In fact that NPower programme would have been the best of it's kind for the poor Nigerians but these people we called our leaders turn the programme upside down. A lot of Nigerian youths are yet to get tangible jobs and money to even start reasonable business is not provided by the government. What a country?

Government is continum , that a minister disappeared from the scene doesn't mean the ministry also disappeared. The Ministry is the entity owing the NPOWER folks and not the minister.

The guys deserve every penny for the past eight months until their contract of engagement is terminated .

Would you prefer a single person who is being paid for his/her service monthly to eat thousands of people budgeted funds or the fund should be disbursed to these unemployed graduates at least to coshon the effects of subsidy?

What would you have preferred please.

Whether swallowed or not that's not the headache of the NPOWER folks, they are just volunteers. Their job is to do what the ministry delegates them to do and not whether a snake swallowed money or not.
